Teff-Seker, Yael

Yael Teff-Seker is a postdoctoral fellow at the Technion–Israel Institute of Technology. She received her PhD in Conflict Studies from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. She was previously a researcher at the University of Haifa and a member of the Technion’s Israel Marine Plan team.
