Gökçay, Gökser

Assistant Professor of Political Science and International Relations at Üsküdar University in Turkey. He completed his PhD, on the international history of the Turkish foreign aid experience in the postwar period, at Dokuz Eylül University in 2015 . He received his MS in International Relations from Ege University and a BS in Political Science and Public Administration from Middle East Technical University in Ankara.
