Spencer, Nickolas A.

Independent researcher and lawyer. He received a BA and MA in International Studies from Texas State University and a JD with a concentration in international and comparative law from Chicago Kent College of Law. His research focuses on law, policy, and international development as well as the confluence of development, conflict, and security.
