Miller, Mark

Before joining ODI, Mark worked for the World Bank Group in East Asia, providing advice to governments and parliamentarians in the region (Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar and Thailand) on public finance issues. Previously, Mark spent three years in the Budget Department of the Malawian government working as a senior economist in the budget department and latterly as a DFID-financed technical adviser.
