Motz, Stephanie

She is a barrister currently practising in Switzerland, where she regularly represents asylum applicants before the UN Committee Against Torture and the European Court of Human Rights, having successfully represented the applicant in A.A. v. Switzerland. She has taught public law at King’s College London and now teaches on the MA in Refugee Protection and Forced Migration Studies at the Refugee Law Initiative and gives an introductory course on Swiss immigration and asylum law in Zurich
