Jirankova, Adela

PhD candidate in International Relations and European Studies at the Metropolitan University in Prague. She focuses on security, transition to democracy and civil society's role in regime change, with a specific focus on the Middle East and North Africa. She holds a BA (Hons) in History from the Masaryk University in Brno and International Territorial Studies (Middle Eastern Studies) from the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. She graduated with a Master's Degree in International Security Studies from Charles University in Prague and in International Relations and European Studies at the Metropolitan University in Prague.
