Head of Unit, DG Trade H1 since September 2014. He is responsible for General policy, relations with WTO concerning AD & AS matters, relations with industry, office of complaints. Prior to this in 2007 he worked as Head of Unit, DG Trade H5. He was responsible for bilateral relations with 3rd countries in the area of trade defence, support of European exporters against trade defence investigations carried out by 3rd countries. Investigations against dumped or subsidized imports into the EU and was President of the Safeguard Committee. From 2002 -2007 he acted as Deputy Head of Unit, DG Trade H-1.
