Kennington, Richard

1921–1999

Born in Worcester, Massachusetts, in 1921. Doctorate in philosophy, at the University of Chicago, and at the Sorbonne. From 1960 to 1975 he taught in the Philosophy Department at Pennsylvania State University, after which he joined the Faculty of the School of Philosophy at The Catholic University of America. Retirenment in 1991. He died in 1999
