Tandt, Barbara den

Barbara Den Tandt obtained her law degree from the University of Leuven in 2007 and became a member of Brussels Bar in the same year. In 2011 she obtained a special degree in economic law from the University of Brussels (ULB). Barbara's practice focuses on Commercial law, consumer law and liability, as well as Dispute resolution and litigation. Since 2011, she has been a teaching assistant on Private International law at the Instituut voor Internationaal en Europees Recht in University of Leuven, where she is also preparing her Ph.D. on “Arbitration and Private International Law”. She has also been following courses on cassation procedures and techniques at the Supreme Court Bar.
