Ironside, Charlie

Professor Charlie Ironside, BSc, PhD, FIET, FInstP; PhD work at Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, UK; post-doctoral research at the University of Oxford. In 1984 he moved from physics at Oxford to engineering at the University of Glasgow. In 1998 he was appointed Professor of Quantum Electronics, in the Department of Electronics and Electrical Engineering at the University of Glasgow. In 2014 he moved to the Department of Physics and Astronomy, Curtin University in Western Australia where he is currently a professor
