Forney, Jonathan

Dr. Forney has a PhD from the University of Virginia in Foreign Affairs, and has conducted fieldwork in Sierra Leone and South Sudan. As the Director of Research Design, Dr. Forney designs all research methodologies and sampling frameworks for Forcier's projects.
