Hulse, Merran

Prior to joining the DIE, she held first a PhD Completion Fellowship, and later a Postdoctoral Fellowship, at the Free University of Berlin in the KFG “The Transformative Power of Europe.” She received her PhD from Radboud University Nijmegen in 2016. Her research interests concern regional governance in Africa, EU-ACP relations, and Economic Partnership Agreements.
