Várnagy, Tomás

Professor of Political Theory at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), Argentina since 1987. He was the Director of the Masters Program at the National Defense School of Argentina (2005-2008). He was also the elected Director (2002-2004) of thePolitical Science Department (more than 3,000 students) of the UBA.
