Vajda, V.

Full professor in Earth Sciences at the Department of Geology, Lund University, Sweden. Doctor degree in Palaeontology in 1998 at Lund University. In 2010 awarded “Geologist of the year 2010” by the Swedish Association of Geologists. 2006-2008: Swedish delegate of the European Federation of Geologists (EFG), HQ Brussels. Presently the chair of the Geological Society of Sweden and an elected member of the Swedish National Committee for Geological Sciences. She is further Member of the Swedish IGCP committee.
