İnanç, Gül

Gül İnanç is a lecturer at the School of Art, Design and Media, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. She holds a PhD in modern history from Dokuz Eylul University (Turkey) in Second World War US Diplomacy. She has written three books and published various articles on West Asian diplomatic history. Her recent work focuses mostly on intercultural education for peace and conflict resolution, and education of global cultural heritage for primary/secondary schools. Her current projects include creating student activity books/animated films/story books/board games promoting global cultural heritage, investigating ways to offer university education for the youth of refugee camps and deciphering the codes of contemporary Islamic art in the interfaith contexts of the 21st century.
