Julie Barroso is a Professor, and has been an educator since 1989, teaching in BSN, MSN, and PhD programs. She earned her BSN from Florida State University, her masters degree in nursing from the University of South Florida (becoming an Adult Nurse Practitioner, with a minor in nursing education), and her PhD in nursing from the University of Texas at Austin
