NATO. Strategic Communications Centre of Excellence

On 1.09.2014. North Atlantic Council endorsed the accreditation and activation of the NATO Strategic Communications Centre of Excellence (StratCom COE) as NATO Military Body, thus granting the status of a NATO organization under Paris Protocol (1952).
