Mohinder Singh

Mohinder Singh has authored a book Crisis in Road Transport (Konark) and another Health and Food (Gyan Publishing House). His latest publication is a novel A Sikh Boy (Harper Collins, India). Mohinder Singh has been a member of the Indian Administrative Service (the country's highest Civil Service) for 35 yeas, retiring as Secretary to the Government of India. He lives in New Delhi with his wife
