Gallo, Frank T.

Retired president of Watson Wyatt China; founder and president of Calypso Consulting, a firm dedicated to improving the level of leadership in China. Since 2009 Chief Leadership Consultant for Hewitt Associates in Greater China. After the merger between Aon and Hewitt in 2010, he became the Greater China Chief Leadership Consultant for Aon Hewitt until 2013 when he returned to Calypso full time. Since 2014, in addition to leading Calypso, he has been the Chief Leadership Consultant for Mindset Matters Group in Beijing. Bachelor’s Degree from Hofstra University; PhD (Organizational Behavior) from the Center for Applied Social Science at Boston University

Professor at the Beijing Capital University of Economics and Trade, and a frequent speaker at professional conferences in China. Prior to joining Hewitt, he was President of Calypso Consulting, and also the former President and Managing Consultant for Watson Wyatt. He has been Chair of the HR Forum of the American Chamber of Commerce in China since 2003.
