Brown, E. Ray

Dr. Ray Brown has joined the NCAT family again, this time as director emeritus. Dr. Brown was director of NCAT for 20 years, leading the center to a number of major accomplishments and developments within the asphalt paving industry. He retired from NCAT in 2007 to join the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers as a Department of Defense pavement expert. He began his career at the corps. Dr. Brown currently works part-time with NCAT.
