Gillissen, André

Deputy head of the private office of the European Council president Donald Tusk. He previously headed the unit supporting the European Council. He has prepared and attended European Council meetings for over ten years. Prior to joining the Coucil secretariat the worked for Luxembourg's ministry of foreign affairs.
