Santiago, Rui

Holds a PhD in Education. He is an associate professor and Head of the Department of Social, Political and Territorial Sciences, University of Aveiro, Portugal. He is alo senior researcher at the Centre for Research in Higher Education Policies (CIPES) and Vice President of the Portugese Society of Education Sciences. His main research interests are public reforms, higher education governance and management and the academic profession.
