Lauro, Sarah Juliet

Sarah Juliet Lauro is the co-author of “A Zombie Manifesto: The Nonhuman Condition in the Era of Advanced Capitalism” co-editor of Better Off Dead: The Evolution of the Zombie as Posthuman, and completed her dissertation, an intellectual history of the zombie myth, at the University of California at Davis (2011). She also works more broadly on technology, embodiment, media, and celebrity. She teaches film and literature as a visiting assistant professor in the English department of Clemson University.
