McGuirk, Martin J.

After graduating from The Citadel, Marty spent 10 years on active duty in the U. S. Navy. While in the service, he and several friends started the Central Vermont Railway Historical Society. Marty McGuirk is a former Associate Editor of Model Railroader and Classic Toy Trains magazines. He currently works as a contractor for the federal government, and lives with his wife, Christine, in the Washington, D.C., area.
