PhD in law and Governance, Jawaharlal Nehru University. Independent researcher. Visiting fellow, Centre for the Study of Law and Governance, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Visiting faculty at few law institutions and the United Services Institution of India, Delhi. His current research interests include international humanitarian law (IHL), human rights laws and military law. He is a resource person for the South Asian Teaching Sessions in IHL, conducted by the International Committee of the Red Cross. He has served in the Indian Air Force for 24 years
