Gilvin, Amanda
Amanda Gilvin is an art historian and curator who writes about textiles, contemporary art, and museums of Africa and the African Diaspora. She finished her Ph.D. in the History of Art at Cornell University in 2012. Before arriving at the Davis Museum at Wellesley College as an Assistant Curator, Gilvin taught at Mount Holyoke College, Smith College, and Skidmore College
