Beatriz Urraca is Associate Professor of Spanish at Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania; she has published a number of articles and reveiws on Argentine literature and cinema, most recently in Representing History, Class, and Gender in Spain and Latin America (Palgrave, 2012), Imagofagia and Hispanic Research Journal; she co-chaired the Film Studies Section of the Latin American Studies Association (LASA)
