Indian legal consultant and a member of the Bahá'í Faith in India. LLB, University of Cambridge, 1978. She is considered an authority on corporate merger and acquisition law, securities law, private equity and project finance. Co-founded AZB & Partners, Mumbai, 1995-. Vice President of the London Court of International Arbitration, 2009-2013. Director of the London Court of International Arbitration, India. Member of the World Bank Administrative Tribunal, 2007-2012. Daughter of legal luminary Soli J. Sorabjee
