Natalie E. Phillips received her Ph.D. in Visual Studies from the University of California, Irvine in 2009 and joined the faculty at Ball State in the same year. She teaches a wide range of courses including Contemporary Art, Modern Art, Feminist Art History, and a graduate seminar in critical theory and art historical methodology
