Singh, Charan

worked in the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) for two decades, and briefly as commercial banker and university lecturer. He holds PhD from University of New South Wales, Sydney and was visiting scholar at Harvard and Stanford University. At RBI, he has worked extensively on financial and fiscal sectors.
