1887: The Mission of Canada separates from the English province to become independent; 1907: The Mission of Canada becomes the Province of Canada; 1924: Division of the Province of Canada into the Vice Province of Upper Canada (English) and the Province of Lower Canada (French); 2018: the French and English provinces in Canada becomes again a single bilingual Province of Canada.
